What Is Isshinryu Karate?

Isshinryu is a traditional Okinawan style of karate, and its name means “One Heart Way.”

This philosophy reflects unity, compassion, discipline, and the idea that students grow strongest when the mind, body, and spirit work together. At Bani’s Karate, we honor this tradition while making it accessible and engaging for today’s youth.
